Early Warning Bulletin for Food Security
The Multidisciplinary Working Group (MWG) of the AGRHYMET Regional Programme and the Department of Water Resources of Gambia produces a 10 day early warning bulletin from May to October which provides summaries on the seasonal progress of the rainy season, the observed rainfall, and the agrometeorological and agricultural situations. The Department of Water Resources of Gambia is the focal point of MWG which is composed of the Department of Planning, Department of Agricultural Services, Department of Veterinary Services, and the National Environment Agency.
